Over 500 well-known food companies from Guangdong and other parts of the country participated in the 1^st Chaozhou Specialty Food Industry Conference, which opened on July 17^th. They presented their best-selling items and innovative crowd-pleasers. Preserved fruits, candies, children’s snacks, functional beverages, fruit juices, dairy products, seasonings and ready-to-eat meals were all included in collection.

According to statistics, with a footfall of more than 40,000 buyers, exhibitors of food products, printing and packaging and food printing machinery received intentional orders worth up to RMB 6 billion on the first day of the Conference.
