At the invitation of the Chinese Culinary Institute of Hong Kong (CCI), Chaozhou Culinary School sent four local cuisine instructors, including Huang Lin and Liu Runzhao, for pedagogic exchanges from April 12 to 16, 2016.

They demonstrated how to give cooking lessons for more than 100 CCI teachers and students and guided sixteen peers and 40 practicing cooks to prepare a Chaozhou-styled banquet, which showed their culinary know-how and promoted the popularity and culture of Chaozhou cuisine.
