The Cantonese Cuisine Master Workshops of Chaozhou Higher Vocational School, established in 2019, are housed in the School’s cooking practice building. They are led by Master Wang Hongxin, a recipient of special government allowances from the State Council, and Master Liu Runzhao, an honorary chef of Chaozhou cuisine, with esteemed chefs like Xu Yongqiang, Huang Lin and Weng Yong as instructors.
