To promote the high-quality development of the Cantonese Cuisines Training Program, nurture talents in the villages with skills training for better jobs and entrepreneurship, on April 24^th, 2021, the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Chao’an District and Guihu Town Government hosted Cantonese Cuisines Cooking Skills Training Program for close to 30 villagers in Shifeng Village. Masters of Chaozhou cuisines provided the villagers with both theories and hands-on experience about knowledge, preliminary processing and seasoning of the ingredients, which were well-received among the villagers.
