From March 19^th to April 22^nd, the team of Delicacies of China, a program of China Media Group, visited Chaozhou for a TV series of unique Chaozhou cuisines and special culinary culture. Such series, composed of 10 episodes, with 30 minutes each, are entitled A Bite of Chaozhou, introducing the people and stories related to Chaozhou cuisines, such as beef, Kueh, freshness, fruit, olive, sauced food, dimsum, snacks and traditional flavor.
